How To Lose Belly Fat Fast – Energy System Work
by Jose Loni
How to lose belly fat fast is through oxygen debt. The key to losing belly fat fast is through oxygen debt as a result of exercise. This oxygen debt can be caused by making changes to the regularity of exercise, intensity of exercise and incorporating interval training.
When the body is training in a decreased oxygen level, the oxygen debt that results causes the muscles to increase its metabolic activity. The increased levels of carbon dioxide and lactic acid cause the muscles to require oxygen, so the body will increase its metabolic activity and bring oxygen to nourish and repair muscle tissue as well as clear away carbon dioxide and lactic acid.
Having a regular exercise program is the first step to increasing the body's metabolism. By having a consistent training program, the body is better able to maintain and increase its metabolic activity. The body becomes more efficient at burning calories and burning excess body fat to fuel its activities.
The increased metabolic activity of the muscles demand more oxygen to go to the muscles to provide oxygen and repair any damage. This activity has a residual effect and will cause the body to keep burning fat and repairing the body, for several hours after exercise.
Increasing exercise intensity has really been very effective in creating this oxygen debt in the muscles. By monitoring your heart rate and training within your target heart rate zone, you will be better able to effectively increase your metabolism.
Training with interval sets has proven to be very effective in affecting the metabolism of the body. The quick intermittent activity and the following rest period causes the muscles to really increase its metabolic activity to remove the waste products and repair and nourish the muscles of the body.
By increasing our physical activity, the body is forced to adapt by increasing its metabolic activity. The increased fat burning that occurs allows the body to become more efficient at breaking down belly fat and providing fuel for physical activity.
Losing belly fat through exercise can be achieved by making the body work hard at burning fat by consistently having a regular exercise program, increasing exercise intensity and utilizing interval training to help the body burn fat and lose belly fat.

Best Ab Workout Is Whole Body
by Robert Casewood
Fat around the midsection has long troubled gym-goers with less than stellar physiques. This can be attributed to our bodies' tendency to pack most of our body fat around our bellies, buttocks and thighs. As such, this area can be the most stubborn to trim down when we're working-out.
Fitness companies have recognized this and have been quick to cash in on countless people's war against belly fat. "Fat-burning" creams which allegedly melt away belly fat, ab workouts touted to give you a six-pack "in weeks" and countless exercise gadgets that isolate the abdominal muscles have been unleashed on the desperate masses eager to get rid of their soft paunches.
Sad thing is, most of these pricey ab products promoted on those ubiquitous fitness infomercials don't do anything to burn belly fat hiding your rippling ab muscles. In worst cases they only serve to burn a hole in your budget. The truth is, there is no real way to spot-reduce belly fat. We have to work on total body fat first before we can expect a reduction of fat in our midsection.
So body fat burn is the answer. So how do we go about doing that effectively? Legions of leotard-clad women in aerobic classes have long known the answer- cardio exercises. Experts say incorporating total body cardio exercise in our workouts tends to burn the most calories from body fat.
Exercises that isolate abdominal muscles aren't useless of course- they're a great way to strengthen and develop muscle tissue paving the way for that sexy six pack once the fat around the belly is eliminated.
Eating the right foods during the proper times can also help us get that elusive six pack in a shorter amount of time. The consumption of food high in carbohydrates early in the day can give us the necessary energy for a good workout and eating protein-rich food after exercising can help repair and develop our tired muscles.
Misinformed dieters try to slim down by cutting-back on food intake. Doing so can actually have adverse effects because our metabolism slows down when we go hungry to try to conserve calories. Worse, it may even use muscles as a source of energy thereby reducing muscle tissue and who wants that?
Doing muscle-building workouts aside from giving us a good physique can also help us fight body fat by increasing our metabolism. Surprisingly, our muscles expend calories even while at rest, so the more muscle tissue we have, the more calories we can burn while sleeping or lounging on the couch.

Lower Abs Exercise – Can You Beat the Trouble Spot?
by Robert Casewood
In the never-ending fight against fat, quite a few people turn to exercises designed to isolate the abdominal muscles thinking they're spot-reducing belly fat. Well, they can't really be blamed. Isolation exercises are effective in developing and toning-up the arms, chest or any other part of the body. Sadly, this doesn't hold true for getting six-pack abs.
Infomercials pushing the latest ab machine or fat-burning product on late night TV do nothing to correct the misconception that belly fat can be spot-reduced. Although most ab machines do isolate abdominal muscle tissue, it's not possible to really isolate the lower abs because the upper and lower abs are really just one big slab of muscle.
People desperate for the quickest path to six pack abs fall for every exercise gadget or product that hits the market because they are misled into thinking belly fat can be isolated. Again, it is possible to isolate the muscles, but to expose the striations and contours of the muscle tissue in the abdomen, the fat covering the midsection has to be eliminated first.
No matter how strong and developed the muscles of the midsection are, there won't be much of a six-pack if nothing is done about the layer of belly fat concealing the rippling muscle underneath. The only real way to eliminate belly fat is not through lower ab exercises and isolation, but by focusing on burning all-around body fat.
The physiology of the human body is set-up in such a way that stored energy in the form of fat cells is concentrated mainly around our midsection, buttocks and thighs. No matter how developed and strong our abdominal muscles are, we won't really get that lean and ripped appearance on our gut if there's belly fat hiding it from plain sight.
The key to that ever so elusive six-pack is simply to eliminate belly fat by lowering our body fat percentage to the optimum level. How low depends on how lean and how defined you want your abs (and body) to look.
Taking on an exercise regimen designed to expend the highest percentage of energy from stored fat rather than glycogen stores is our best bet on getting six pack abs quickly. Experts have discovered that total body workouts that keep our cardiovascular system pumping at a steady, moderate-high pace are ideal.
Eating properly and living a healthy lifestyle can be good weapons in our battle against The Bulge. Doing fat-busting exercises and avoiding unnecessary calories from saturated fat and maintaining an eating schedule that keeps the body's metabolism high can do so much more than just doing lower ab exercises day in and day out.
